The Birdie Blog is a digital platform providing all the latest new disc information, tournament results and drama, player news and everything else disc golf related. Our goal is to provide you with disc golf information and reviews you won’t be able to find anywhere else online.
Our website is primarily home to disc reviews, tournament previews and a beginners guide to help those new or learning disc golf. In addition to our detail oriented posts, we have an Instagram and Youtube page. Our Instagram page shows off short form disc reviews and giveaways, while our Youtube page aims to be more informative with disc reviews and news.
About the Birdie Blog Team
For me, there was no intention of pursuing disc golf other than as a competitive activity I could enjoy with my friends. Over the few years of disc golf I’ve played and after countless tournaments, leagues and new friends made, I realized disc golf was much more than just an activity. Like most disc golf players, I started around the time of the pandemic in 2020. Being self taught and after a lot of fieldwork and discs bought, I found my PDGA rating grow to where it currently sits at 900 (last I checked.) Like you, I’m always looking to improve. Much of the reason for creating the Birdie Blog is to answer questions disc golf players of all levels looking to get better have.
